Enumerators should record interviewee's birth date: (year & month) as said that person. But enumerators should remind the person that birth date, which he or she is saying should match with the birth date as noted in his/her passport or identification card and other official documents. In case if he or she permitted, enumerator can see interviewee's passport or identification card and other official documents.
