Questions and instructions
Interviewer instructions
List name of each of the children aged 2-14 years below in the order they appear in the household listing form. Children under age of 2 years or aged 15 or more years should not be listed in the below table. Record the line number, name, sex, and age of each child from appropriate columns in Module HL. Record the total number of children aged 2-14 years in CD6. If there is only one child in the household aged 2-14 years, then skip Table 2, go to CD8, write down 1, and continue with CD9.
