Data Collection Mode
For households in the capital, provincial capitals, and soum centers, the survey data were collected using either a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) or a Computer Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) method, at the interviewer's discretion. For rural households, a combination of a Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) and a Paper Assisted Personal Interview (PAPI) method was used.
