Sampling Procedure
The survey data collection was conducted monthly and was conducted nationwide throughout the year. For households in the capital, provincial capitals, and soum centers, the survey data were collected using either a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) or a Computer Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) method, at the interviewer's discretion. For rural households, a combination of a Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) and a Paper Assisted Personal Interview (PAPI) method was used.
