Interviewer instructions
Ensure that respondents understand what is meant by 'Non-standard curriculum'. Non-standard curriculum includes religious schools, such as Buddism schools, which do not teach a full standard school curriculum.

Circle the code corresponding to the highest level ever attended, regardless of whether or not the year was completed. For example, if she attended Grade 1 of secondary school for only two weeks, record 'Secondary'.
