Interviewer instructions
Ask if the woman has ever given birth. If the woman has never given birth, write the '2' in the corresponding row and skip to question 11 of Fertility-Women aged 15 years or above module. In case of the response 'Yes' for this question, ask questions 4-9 of Fertility-Women aged 15 years or above module.
